Our first official fundraising round has begun. We are currently accepting investments from accredited investors under Regulation D 506(c). To ensure individuals of all backgrounds—including non-accredited investors—receive the opportunity to participate, we are preparing a Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) offering. Full offering materials will be provided once the Reg CF campaign is officially live through an SEC-registered funding portal.
